Outlets of Little Rock offers a wide array of unique and proactive security programs to benefit our customers and merchants. Our Mobile Patrol Program consists of uniformed officers patrolling in marked Security vehicles throughout the parking areas actively seeking customers in need of assistance. The Mobile Patrol can assist customers with the following situations:
We are delighted you have chosen us as your shopping and dining destination. We want our customers to enjoy their visit to our shopping center. Therefore, we will exercise our sole judgment and ask anyone who we believe is interfering with the enjoyment or safety of our patrons, our tenants or the shopping center to leave the premises
At Outlets of Little Rock (“Outlets”), safety and security within a family friendly environment is our top priority. The Parental Escort Policy furthers this initiative. On Friday and Saturday evenings and holidays, from 5pm to Close, children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is 21 years of age or older. One parent or guardian may escort their own children along with up to 5 others during the Parental Escort hours. Parents and/or guardians are responsible and accountable for the children during their shopping trip. Anyone appearing to be under 16 years of age should be prepared to introduce Outlets Safety Directors to their parent and/or guardian or show a government issued I.D. Any parent and/or guardian appearing to be under 21 years of age should be prepared to show a government issued I.D.
No form of college or high school I.D. will be accepted, even if accompanied by a state driver’s license permit application. Anyone appearing to be under the age of 21 who is unable to show valid photo identification will be asked to come back with a parent and/or guardian or with a government issued I.D.
If a person 16 or under is employed at the Outlets, he or she will be permitted access without a parent or guardian. Proof of employment at the Outlets will be required and the employee must go directly to their place of work and must leave the property promptly at the conclusion of their shift when the parental escort policy is in effect.
The Little Rock Police Department as well as Outlets Public Safety Personnel, acting as agents of the Outlets, will enforce this program.
Any person in violation of this policy who refuses to cooperate when requested to leave the property will be considered trespassing and may be subject to criminal prosecution. In addition, if an escorted youth is banned from the Outlets, the adult escort will also be banned for the same time period.
